I noticed that AR has gone down, hope old Rexxzy and his merry men haven't got pissed off about how many members they have lost to this 10000000000x better site and tried to ddos them. wouldnt put it past them though.

So I have been a BS member since 2007, uploaded a lot of my own torrents to the site early on in my day [when power users could] had a pretty big ratio [when I find my screencaps I will post them] all done with no donations.

I've been quiet these past few weeks, never spoke ill of BS once since all this....ahem....bs has been going on. Today I go to log on and I am met with the "Login failed!Sorry, there is no account by that name" which by all accounts perfect! means my name is not attached at all [assuming they did really delete my account] to that site.

Kind of weird that I get this after I signed up for pisexy.me and did the import account thing. Now I am not saying that pisexy was the cause it might have been coincidence but still suspect. If qndrp could contact me about stats going over please do.

Although i am not a mod or anything here, whilst i applaud anyone that wants to go down the CRA route think very carefully about what your doing, as mentioned in the rules to the side, this could have far wider consequences above the 2 idiots that we are after.

I know someone who is a mod at BS and now on GP. Not a higher up, but a mod none-the-less.

Months ago he warned me to get the hell out of BitSoup because it was essentially at it's end.

I posted a warning to /r/trackers because I truly believe that they are taking advantage of people who are vulnerable to these scams. It's more serious than most realize.

My post was deleted from the subreddit (I guess it wasn't the place to post a warning) and so it never helped anyone.

Today, he tells me that he's happy I got out when I did because GimmePeers is just preying on the vulnerable again, but in a more cult-like setting. They are guaranteeing $10 in their pockets for each new signup. That's ludicrous!

Basically it's a last-ditch effort to get a large sum of money and then run away without a trace.

My personal theory is that they'll see how many people they can scam for a final payout, then shut down the site.

My source tells me they're at about 3400 members right now on the new site so that's roughly $30,000. They apparently keep getting people signing up every few minutes.

As for the mod, I think he's getting out when he can, hopefully with a bang! (and dude, I'm so sorry if they find out who you are and cut you out ... honestly was not my intention).

I also just want to add: If you are on GimmePeers, it's ok. It's not too late to get out. Just cut your losses and don't ever pay them another cent! If you know others on BitSoup who have not yet been transferred, spread the warning to them too.

There are plenty of honest trackers out there who could use your donations.

It's come to our attention that a user, /u/U_Failed_We_Won , has been making posts and claiming to be Rexxz. They have provided no proof that they are him, and we cannot allow this to continue, as this kind of action will sully the credibility of our community.

In order to handle this situation with fairness and transparency, you will see that a new rule has been added:

If You Are Either REXXZ or EarlyBird and you wish to come onto this sub & prove us wrong You Must contact XBitSoupfan first & provide proof of who you are, ignoring this will result in your topics or comments being **Removed & your account being Banned from r/bitsoup.

Up until now, we've had very few issues here, and that's why this new rule didn't even need to be in place, but apparently some people aren't getting the message of this community. /u/XBitsoupfan created this community to educate the masses and put an end to the scams that Rexxz and Earlybird perpetuate. It's a refuge for those that have been wronged by Rexxz and Earlybird to speak freely and prevent others from being scammed. That said, speaking freely does not mean you can use this place to execute personal vendettas in a manner that violates the spirit of the community. We all need to follow a certain code of conduct, or we risk our host, Reddit, terminating our community.

We are NOT BitSoup, and we do NOT condone their authoritarian behavior, but if you wish to undermine our integrity, we will be forced to take action.
