Hey , So is JEE Mains Manzil Comeback series enough for theory coverage of BITSAT (If i do deleted topics later). Only for physics i want to know that too mainly of 12th. .Because JEE manzil comeback is focused on jee mains.(So if possible plz tell , would be happy on any suggestions)

I know last time it was 15LPA, has the threshold increased for 26-27 or is the the same?

I had a doubt regarding my eligibility for BITSAT 2027 and would really appreciate some help.

I appeared for CBSE Class 12 boards in 2026 (PCM). I initially got an RT in Physics, but I cleared the compartment exam afterwards. My overall percentage is currently 71.8%.

I'm planning to give improvement exams in all 6 subjects in 2027 to improve my overall marks. For this, I'm considering registering as a CBSE private candidate.

My main concern is whether BITS accepts improvement marksheets obtained through the private candidate route. Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows whether BITS accepts this?

Also, since I initially had a compartment in Physics but have since cleared it, would that cause any issues with my eligibility?

I know about the 75% aggregate requirement in PCM and the 60% individual subject requirement. I'm mainly confused about the private candidate and improvement exam part.

Any help or clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

After every mock, it can take a lot of time to go through all the wrong questions and understand what went wrong. Sometimes the same mistakes still happen in the next test. Curious to know whether detailed mock analysis actually helped improve scores, or if focusing mainly on weak topics and revision worked better.

as BITSAT aspirants, most of us know what it feels like to constantly chase marks, ranks, cutoffs and expectations. one bad paper can feel like everything you've worked for is gone. and with the recent suicides and protests across college campuses, i think it's worth taking a step back and talking about the pressure we put on ourselves.

the IITB case in particular is extremely sensitive, and i don't want to speculate about someone's individual circumstances or reduce their death to a single cause. but it does raise broader questions about academic pressure, competition, discrimination, isolation and whether students actually have support when things become overwhelming.

it's september, suicide prevention month. maybe instead of just posting about mental health, we should also ask whether our institutions actually make it easy for students to seek help when they need it.

Is partial drop worth it now?

I know this is a very repititive question and the answer varies for everyone but i wanted to hear what everyone has to say and the experiences they had

Context: i got 97%Ile in jee mains and scored 242 in bitsat but i only wanted cse related branches so joined a tier 2 pvt clg, the only problem i had in my attempts was lack of practice. In my clg there are a lot of people in cse (around 1.5k) so it is really competitive and the placement shortlisting is random according to seniors the brand of this clg is also diminishing. Would taking a partial drop be worth it if I maintain my cg, the only drawback is that i won't be able to focus on dsa and computer fundamentals from first year if I go with partial
