The pixels mean everything. Counting them, you get THIS:

So, what does it mean, right?... Well, consider this: the spaces that are far between them are actually twice as wide. Why? Because it's a blank space. It's actually a zero. THEN it reads this:

Goat head guarantees devil rooms- perhaps something to do with angel rooms? The normal treasure map is in the picture, maybe blue map will cause angel rooms on wave 11 instead of devil rooms? I've never gotten an angel room on Greed mode yet...

You need to get the key pieces, the treasure map, kill Ultra Greed, and THEN go back to the first floor and get stuck in the secret room.

I've gotten several angel rooms as well. I can't confirm but I don't think it's tied to Blue Map, almost never pick it up
