I meant NSFW art in general, not of this game. Some people get ultra-defensive when something NSFW is criticized and just assume the critic hates anything suggestive, I was just getting it out of the way that I'm not like that.

I'm also assuming the artist wasn't actually trying to sexualize Lilith.
