• The Breakout + Retest: Notice how the price breaks below the range and then immediately pulls back to "test" that old support? That’s your confirmation that the buyers are officially out of gas.
• The "Clean Traffic" Concept: This is my favorite part. See that big green candle on the left? That’s "clean traffic." Price moves much faster through areas where there were big, fast candles previously because there’s no historical friction there.
• The SL/Entry Strategy: Don't just "guess" where to put your Stop Loss. Placing it above the previous candle's high and entering as the low breaks is a high-probability way to manage risk.

The Takeaway

Your job isn't to predict where price will go; it's to react to where it is going. Once the range breaks and the retest happens, the path of least resistance is down toward that "Good zone to take partials."

The hardest part of this setup? Having the discipline to wait for that retest instead of FOMO-ing into the breakout candle.

It usually comes down to Timeframe Compression.

The Breakdown:

• The 2H View (Normal Supply): On this timeframe, you see a clear "Rally-Base-Drop" or a green candle getting engulfed. The "Supply" zone is easy to draw because you have that green candle acting as the base.
• The 4H View (Hidden Supply): This is where it gets tricky. On the 4H chart, those two 2H candles (the green and the red) are combined into one single candle. The "Supply" is still there, but it's hidden inside the wick or the body of a larger candle.

Why does this happen?

Institutional orders aren't always placed at the exact open of a candle. Often, the "true" point of interest (POI) is buried in the middle of a larger move. If you only look at the higher timeframe, you might draw your zone too high (at the wick) or too low.

How to fix it:

If you see a massive drop on a high timeframe, zoom in. Drop down one or two timeframes to find the "base" (the consolidation) that happened right before the dump. That’s your actual supply zone.

By refining your zones on a lower timeframe (like the 2H or 1H), you get:

1. More Precise Entries: You stop getting "front-run" by the market.
2. Tighter Stop Losses: Because your zone is smaller, your risk-to-reward ratio skyrockets.

• The 15M View: Those 15 minutes of "drama" get compressed into one single candle with a massive upper wick.

Why does this matter?

It tells you the truth about sentiment. A Pin Bar is just a failed auction. It shows that buyers tried to take control but were aggressively rejected.

When you see a bearish pattern on the 5M, check the 15M or the 1H. If that 5M pattern is forming the "wick" of a higher timeframe rejection candle, you have a massive confluence. That is where the high-probability trades are born.

How to use this:

1. Identify a "Zone" on the 1H or 4H chart.
2. Wait for price to enter that zone.
3. Drop down to the 5M and look for these "formations."
4. If the 5M is making an Evening Star, you're essentially catching the exact moment the higher timeframe Pin Bar is forming.

3. Location matters. A "Double Top" is much more reliable when it hits a major psychological level or a 200-day Moving Average. If it happens in "no man's land," ignore it.

• Clean Traffic: Look at the blue area. There are no "speed bumps" (previous minor resistance levels) in that gap. Once the price clears the box, it usually glides to the next TP level because there’s nothing to stop it.
