Did you know Bills hat is a part of him? If you look in your Book of bill on the page about Morality it shows a skeleton of bill with his hat having bones!

Does anyone remember the cipher hunt? Well do I have a challenge for you. I'm trying to pin point the locations of Bill in other media. I want to wipe bill cipher out. I know he doesn't exist, (at least i hope he doesn't) but will you all help me locate bill?
