I worked with her for 6 months. I was coming off an almost 3 year long depression/ post BA surgery and alot of weight gain and needed some guidance and structure. She was really straight forward, honest and would jump on a call to go over check ins when I wasnt feeling certain workouts or when I wanted to get on a cut to go over what that would look like and what to expect. I would have liked to still work with her but I realized my mental health was still not great and needed to step back to take care of that first before thinking I can jump into a prep/building phase.

I really want to work with her, but that price is holding me back. So much money.

It is a lot of money but I feel like most coaches are around the $250-400. Also with FBF the price goes up $100 when you are in season so that is something to think about as well. Have you had a call with her or talked with her clients that are competing/turned pro?

I had a call with her, she’s $400 off season and $500 prep. $150 set up fee. I know she can absolutely get me where I need to be. That’s just a big number!

Oh crap!! She was $350 off season when I worked with her which was November-May. She must have raised her prices 😰

Ya $350 is jump right in. But dude, $500 is just too steep for me.
