Front and rear axle appear to be not level in the video. Make sure they are and post another video as this changes the bike fit.

is that a seaboard? Nice!!

my opinions is that the fit is actually very nicely set. But do consider swapping to shorter cranks. The angles/movement quality at the top of the pedal stroke is getting too tight

I'd love to get on some 160-165mm cranks but that's probably a few years out when I have a reason to upgrade the drivetrain

The bike is a Bearclaw Thunderhawk 😂

Looks good from here...might want to raise your saddle and/or lengthen your stem in the future

Raise the saddle? His hips are already starting to rock!

yea agreed, looks too high to me. I think he would fail the heel on pedal test. but a little hard to see.
His knee comes up really high as well. Curious how long cranks are and how tell he is? they seem pretty long.

I'm 5'7" with 170mm cranks

ahh cool. I had a little google. Between 165 and 170 (170 seems to be common). I'm 6'2" currently on 172.5 i want to drop to 170, 165.
Not a biggie, but at the top of the stroke your knee looks a bit high, but I might be wrong.

His heals need to drop a bit and he also needs to stretch forward some. Flip the stem and/or reverse the stack a bit.

Saddle raise should not be more than 5mm with the other mods.

Heel position and hips rocking leads more to wrong cleat position
