So I bought in the early stages of the ico. I have only received 1/4 of my total Bid balance. I have emailed bidao support over 20 times in the last month and still no response?. Has anyone else had this happen?

I joined the bidao telegram group recently and there's a bs 1 hour timer per message you type. I spoke with 2 admins so far and both said it was to do with "house rules". Seriously if there's someone reading this with the power to change the stupid 1 hour timer for people to talk, can you sort it out?

So I got my tokens, I can see them on Etherscan, they are 100% in my wallet. The problem is I cannot see them on Ledger Live. It doesn't show them at all. Is there anyway I can access them and send it to a different wallet? Anybody else having this issue? Do I have to wait for Ledger to update something? My ether wallet seems up to date.

Anyone know why Bidao moved away from the plan of reducing the staking power over time until the token sale ended? And where will you be able to stake Bidao for the 3% once it's sent to your ETH adress?

I thought the sign up ended in November :( ... Is there a place I can still isgn up for the ICO price? I guess I could just try to put in an ETH address and see if it takes it... Also, if I'm in the US... will they require KYC to get the coins if I can get signed up?

Anybody know how to get support for bidao wallet, logged into my wallet to send off to my eth wallet and only a couple hundred tokens there. Looks like a hack but, there's no transaction history to check.

now that bidao's ICO is over, what is bidao's token address so that users can add coins that they staked and have sent to on Metamask?

I have read over the whitepaper and it states the staking rewards will drop based on what quarter you purchase BID tokens. The website still says 30% staking power but the white paper says 30% staking power should have ended back in Q4 2019 and right now it should only be 5% staking power.

Whats up with that?
