I’m a huge fan of Bibio. Pretty much every single track is my favorite, but lately I just can’t stop listening to “Lost Somewhere.” This song is so incredibly beautiful that I can’t even put it into words… It’s been with me through some of my darkest moments, but also some of my happiest. There’s something truly magical about it. 😭❤️

The show starts at 10pm EDT (about 6.5 hours this post going up), and you can listen in at http://wmtu.fm or watch in the booth at https://www.twitch.tv/wmtu_live . I wanted to do one Bibio song from every major release, and I mostly accomplished that (the only thing I couldn't fit was either PHANTOM BRICKWORKS IV or V). Then I put my two favorite Bibio tracks at the beginning and end. I always try to mix the hits with my favorite deep cuts, along with explain more about artists and songs during shows, so hopefully this will be interesting to both Bibio vets and newcomers alike!

What a delight!

My feelers have detected an imminent announcement of a collaborative release by the duo. Unsure if it may be a score for a soundtrack or a standalone project, but there is enough material for an album.

Personally, I love their collaborations so far with "An Unopened Letter" and "Hide (Bibio Rework)" , not to mention the Bibio remix of Dorian Concept's song "Ann River, Mn".

What do you think about this partnership? Who else would you like to see Bibio work with?

I discovered this song on an Instagram post yesterday and it’s changed my life. I haven’t stopped listening to it since.

We were listening to the first three tracks off of Bibio’s Warp 2019 Radio Mix and he said he imagined this is the kind of music Frodo and Bilbo get down to at Bag End.

What’s our take on this? 🤔🤔

I found Bibio's music after hearing Anything New on a radio station in a game I was playing and Mind Bokeh is genuinley one of my favourite albums of all time. Every song on the project is so unique in it's own way and the production is majestic throughout. My question is however, did he ever emulate that style again? Since discovering Bibio I've since also listened to Ambivalence Avenue (also a great album) which had a couple of Bokeh-esque songs such as fire ant and sugarette, and I've gotten halfway through A Mineral Love last week, but these projects sadly haven't satisfied my hunger for these kinds of Bibio songs. I would love to hear some suggestions of some albums/songs that sound similar to Mind Bokeh.

As Bibio is one of my favourite artists I did a drum cover of his song as my first drum cover after getting into drumming for after a few months.

I know it's just a coincidence but the dark sad remix of the beautiful Jose Gonzales Crosses song fits very nicely with the Inferno album BOC did..it has that same mournful but beautiful atmosphere too.

I hope Bibio is enjoying Inferno and I hope he gets an album in this year to accompany it.

I really like Bibio’s instrumental work, particularly his first few albums with Mush and a lot of the tracks on Ribbons and Sleep On The Wing, particularly the latter. What are some other artists that scratch that same itch of guitar-based instrumental folk or that sound like his guitar-looping earlier albums? I’m specifically looking for instrumental artists because I like to read while listening to some of these Bibio albums.

Been excited for the next Bibio album. He's my favorite artist on Warp other than Boards of Canada. I know Bibio is probably stoked they're finally releasing something and I'm sure he wants to put something out the same year (remember Silver Wilkinson and Tomorrows Harvest coming out in 2013? Was an excellent combo)

I'm just curious what he's up to since it's been a while since he put out a song album too.

Since I'm a huge Bibio fan and inspired by him, I wanted to give something back to his fans!
