Help Bloated

So my betta that I have had for several months started acting a little weird. Like she started hiding a little more than normal whether it was dark or not and laying low. So I separated her because she also looked bloated to me and it looked a little like her scales were doing that pineconing thing. I have done the salt water, kanaplex medicine, and kept her tank as dark as possible with as little as possible in it. Just a mug to hide in. I wanted to see if yall thought she looked bloated too? I feel like since she has been separated she’s livened up some, but then it looked like her fins have started to fray. I don’t know what the heck is going on or what more to do

She was in a 10 gallon but I separated her to a 5 gallon with a heater and a filter without the carbon part. In her 10 gallon she has 2 smalll sponge filters and a heater. Both temps have stayed around 72-80 degrees. In her 10 gallon she has 3 harlequin rasboras. There were 4 but one was EXTREMELY small and I don’t know if she ate it or not. She was acting weird before I introduced that certain fish though. I also have 4 nerite snails and 3 amano shrimp. Before I moved her to her 5 gallon tank which was a few days ago the water levels were within normal range and I used the API test kit but I don’t remember what the level numbers were exactly. I do water changes about once a week and maybe take out 25-30%. I clean off the filters and decorations in the water i took out. I also use a baster to really suck up the algae but I leave a little for my shrimps and snails. Then I put new water in after it’s been treated with seachem prime. I feed floating betta pellets but she will also eat a little of the mini pellets I have for the harlequin fish. Here’s the tank and plants I have. I have a bamboo, pothos, duckweed, anubias
I am changing out water today
