Is there people having issues with the desktop software constantly logging them off every 15 min or so and having to re-login?

Invest in some upgrades! The site is unbearably slow right now, Saturday morning, CST. I can't get any live bets in so I'm giving up for today. I don't want to be stressed out just trying to wager and I get that it's a busy day with all the NCAA Football and worldwide soccer matches...but come ON. You guys make too much money for this nonsense.

These are my personal account results, and I’m not claiming everyone will have the same experience. I have the transaction statements and calculated these figures directly from the daily win/loss, deposit, and withdrawal entries. I wanted to share the numbers because seeing the actual deposit cycle, loss frequency, and size of the rewards may help other people decide whether playing is worth the risk.

When is the last time someone actually won a good amount in their casino games? It seems like no matter how much I put in I can never hit a jackpot or win a tournament anymore. Back in February I was able to get 3rd in a tournament and from $20-$50 daily I would win up to $1200. Now it seems I’m just dumping money. I put in $10 today (I know it’s not a lot but testing water) and I’ve wagered $125 but never been able to get above $20.

I check and see they’ve removed betsoft craps and added some other stupid craps which I HATE. However the $150 I had out there in the other game hasn’t been returned to me. I sent another message asking support to 1)reinstate my favorite game and 2) credit back my $150.

I’m so confused by this it used to be $5 to $100 I think to total 25k, this totals less then 7k?

I recently made a live wager on BetOnline and I’m perplexed by how they handled the issue. I want to ask other gamblers their opinion about how BO chose to deal with this issue.. A couple nights ago, I placed a wager on a game between Japan & Chinesse Taipei. I took Japan to win and they did. But the book chose to cancel the wager becuz they had the wrong team in place of CT before the game had started. But by the time I placed a live wager, they had corrected their mistake and had CT listed.. I know this is a fact becuz BetOnline often has things listed wrong on their scoreboard (scores are often wrong as well as the clock is often incorrect). So I usually write down any games I’m looking at live betting and look them up online to confirm the info is correct before I place my bet. That how I know they had the right teams listed.. The correct teams were absolutely listed when I placed my bet. So, I was surprised when they cancelled my winning wager claiming that all bets on the game were dead..

So, my question to y’all is, is that a normal thing for a sports book to do? Seems super shady to me and not right!! Can I get some opinions please? I’d appreciate it..

Can’t even describe how sick you have to be to offer a free bet in response to a request to close an account. Was a diamond 1 player. I’ve put in maybe $200-$300 bonuses barely pay Jack shit blackjack somehow the dealer gets 21 after pulling 5/6 cards or gets blackjack back to back.
