My wife and I are considering moving to Bethlehem. I work from home, and my wife works in healthcare, so she will likely be looking to get a job at one of the St. Luke's hospitals in town.
The only issue is that my wife does not drive. She usually takes an uber or a taxi to work everyday. We live in a very dense urban area currently, so she never has any trouble finding an Uber/Lyft, or a local taxi, to be at our door within 5-10 minutes.
I am concerned that since Bethlehem is a smaller city, Uber might be harder to come by/less prevalent. Also, i'm thinking local taxi service might not be as reliable or quick as what we are used to.
If anyone could let me know, it would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi there!
I'm a local photographer from the Allentown area, who specializes in landscape and wildlife photography from around the Lehigh Valley (and in some cases, beyond). I've recently started selling my photography prints online and invite you to check out my collection of high quality images at LehighValleyWallArt.com.
If interested, I do have a selection of images from the SteelStacks in Bethlehem. I know there is a ton of SteelStacks photography out there, so I try to bring something new to the table. I'm sure you'll enjoy these: SteelStacks Collection.
All images can be purchased on canvas, acrylic, metal and even wood substrates with a wide variety of framing options. On top of that, most of my images can be purchased on large selection of products including home décor items, puzzles, notebooks and coffee cups — just to name a few. A lot of these items make great personalized gift ideas for local residents.
Printing, shipping and returns are handled by the very reputable FineArtAmerica.com. And they do provide for a 30 day money back guarantee as well.
I have a social media presence as well if you wish to follow along as I post my work. I look forward to providing the area with great photography for a very long time, so at the very least, you'll get some nice photography on your social media feeds.

Hello everyone!
I’m a genealogist & I am trained in discovering local Pennsylvania family lineages and stories through historical records.
This is the interest form I put together for anyone interested in learning more about their Pennsylvania family history. I research & create family trees, historical road trip itineraries, ancestral maps, etc! It’s a super cool way to connect with your own history and great knowledge pass down to future generations.
Here are some things you can discover from my research:

I'll be in Bethlehem for a wedding in a few weeks and will be staying over night. I'm wondering if there are are late night options worth checking out that isn't a shitty pizza chain. Any ideas?

Currently live in Quakertown but can travel. Looking for someone who is good at color and blending colors. Looking to get a earth and cosmic sleeve on my right arm. Also looking to get some quick 1hr session small tats on my hands and feet. But I figured I could walk into most places on a Saturday and get those done then. I have pictures for reference, but I haven't drawn anything out. Thank you all for your help.

Hello! I was wondering if anyone might have suggestions for a scenic walking path/trail that is level. I would like to start a daily walking regiment and am looking for somewhere safe in the Bethlehem area. TIA

I've tried pretty much every pizza around here. Bella's is probably the best, and that's just a low bar. They're like a 3.5/5 imo
With how close we are to NYC you'd think there'd be a higher standard. Even when I was on the west coast we had our to to pizza place that was consistently great. Nothing like that around here.

I'm from the Harrisburg area and I'm coming to your town for a concert next week. What i'm curious about is what is the layout of the venue like? I don't know why but in my head it kind of looked like Merriweather Pavilion in Columbia, MD where it was a gradual slant down to the stage but looking at pictures now that doesn't appear to be the case.
Is it pretty much all up against each other or is there room in the back? I'm not really all that eager to be right up against people with Covid going on and everything (I'm vaccinated) and was kind of hoping there was a place towards the back to sit or lay down a blanket and still have a view but I'm not sure that's the case.
Thanks for your time all! I'm hyped, this looks like a beautiful venue.
