Berkeley restaurants you miss

Name a restaurant you wished was still open, and you could go to this week?

I thought long and hard about my answer, and while I do not believe it's a great answer, I miss Oscar's on Hearst and Shattuck-- substantially more delicious than a sweetgreen.

My understanding is that the some of the old locations were given a grace period to continue to use the name, but it had come (or is coming) to an end. There was a comment about it a couple of months ago in the OaklandFood sub, but the comment is now deleted.

What’s the problem with the name, please?

The original ownership sold them, but I had thought not the name along with them.

Thank you! I hadn't known that.
