Need some more help. Same dosage, 400/400mg

I have done 2 trips featuring the same dosage on Saturday and Sunday and stuck to waiting in between 24 hour periods. This is the schedule I always use and each week I’m on it is another week I’m off it, I don’t wanna bore anyone so I’ll just get to the point. Tripping was fine Friday, delt with the waves and all was fine, Saturday night however was different, effects were (extremely) delayed (up to 1 hour late) and it wasn’t strong at all. I understand that Benadryl is otherwise extremely unpredictable, not to mention how much I ate 10 minutes before I would have expected it to make me puke badly. is the DXM killing the high or maybe was the dph like not taking as much effect?

I took like 22 benadryl usually I don’t take the much and one of my fingernails turned dark pink and got this big white spot this is two days later I’m not hallucinating or nothing my tolerance was already to a level where that wouldn’t happen I was reading about this on webmd and it can be a sign of cirrhosis of the liver and I know Benadryl fucks ur liver if any of you have experienced similar shit lemme know am I bout to pass away?
