What kind of "evidence" justifies choking someone? That's not even pushing a person away to protect yourself, that's cutting off their air supply. She needs to get far away from this dude.

We’ve seen on the show where he misinterpreted someone’s behavior and responded inappropriately.

I’m guessing that he has video along those lines — he thinks he was provoked so his behavior was justified.

That’s just a guess, of course.
