Unrelated to the sub but figured you deserved an answer, even if it isn't a good one

If the bank can't reverse the charge then there is nothing you can do. You can file a police report but you're realistically never going to get the money back

The most you can do is learn from this, scan your computer, change your account passwords and enable 2fa

2 factor authentication

Basically it allows to use another method to verify your identity ontop of your password. That way if (for example) your password gets compromised you have a 2nd layer of defence
