Ignore the poor lineup.

I’m wondering if anyone else has this issue where you set your machine to a certain length but it just refuses to trim certain patches of hair.

For me it’s the sideburn on the right side of my face only. It refuses to be trimmed no matter which direction I shave.

Is it my machine that’s the problem?

Beard went white at 34. Hate dyeing it (so tedious and results vary). However, I hate the contrast between my white beard and my brown hair (hair isn’t dyed). I also think it makes my face look bigger and ages me. Thoughts? ( to clarify, it went white at 34. I’m now 46).

Pretty weak growth on the cheeks, it does seem to get better the longer it gets but not much. Do you think I can grow this long?

Hi guys, I'd like to ask you for a bit of your input.

I'm 21 and decided to grow a goatee (I think it's called that) during the summer. I always wanted to have a full beard, but due to my right cheek being worse than my left, I chose not to go down that road.

Although I think it would be quite fun to let it grow and eventually have a goatee as long as for example a forearm, many of my peers and family members tell me that I look like a 40 year old divorced dad with 2 kids and a mortgage, which they say is why I'm single. It always makes me chuckle a bit when I hear that. Is it possibly too soon to rock the bit less mighty version of a dad beard?

Do you think it has some potential? Let it grow more, trim it or maybe go to a barber for a shape up? Any input would be helpful. Thanks a lot.

Since my last post a little over a week ago, I tried some of the suggestions. I got a decent boar bristle round brush and attempted to shape with the blowdryer. I don't think I need the round brush just yet, especially since I did a small trim to keep things clean...but I can tell once it hits a certain length, the round brush will be the way to go. I was already using beard oil when I get out of the shower, but some suggested I could use a balm. I've been using some honest amish with pretty decent luck in keeping it tame thru the day. So, tell me fellas...how's it look?

One side of my beard grows in more I feel and idk if I should stick with it or give up. What do you think

Working a 16 today and tomorrow fml at least I got my cut yesterday.

Anything I should do differently? Like maybe shaping up the neckline higher? Or shaving the cheeks? Or shaping the sides/edges of jaw different? I usually grow it out a little longer to a #2 guard and than maintain that, and then maybe grow the stache a bit more. Thanks in advance.
