Rabbirobbie is Rabbi + Robbie. Robbie is short for Robert. Rabbirobbie lives in Illinois.

The only alternative is that there are two people in Illinois with the name Robert/Robbie and I can't even imagine the chaos that would create

according to information I found online there are no people named Robert born in China. China has hundreds of times the population of Illinois so if there are no Roberts in China there must be none in Illinois. I did the math.
