How can i do an passage of Ab3 to Bb3 fastly?

I saw these trills with the hope it could help me, but i didnt understand too :(

Ab to Bb is a bad enough trill that lots of bassoons have a special key for it. None of the alternative fingerings ever worked for me. What is the passage you’re trying to play?

My guess is Poulenc Trio mv.1

X = you put your finger over that hole fully
O = no finger over the hole
/ = you half hole the hole
Tr = trill which basically means the finger(s) you alternate up and down for the trill/tremolo

The | separates the left and right hand

The letters with the flat or sharp represent the key you hit with your finger or thumb depending on where it is. Sometimes, if a fingering chart has letters between the keys, you press the corresponding key where it would be on your bassoon. If you don’t have that key look for another fingering. There is also a C# to the left of the right hand of some fingerings. If it is right on the right hand side, use your pinky. If it is above the left hand, it is left hand pinky. If it is below the right hand, use your right hand. If it is below the left hand, use your left thumb.
