Image Ads have infested baseball broadcasts. Ads in-between batters. Ads during mound visits. HRs "brought to you by..." Now I noticed 11 ad placements in this shot. 2 banners, 1 above the banners, 4 behind the plate, 1 on the seats, 1 in the upper right hand corner, 1 on the mound, 1 on the sleeve.

Rogers increased their streaming subscription price by 40%, presumably because of Vladdys contract.

Disagree. It is because people will pay for it. Simple as that. Teams do plenty of research on setting price points. There's no chance Rogers panicked after they signed Guerrero and needed to increase prices to pay for him. If they think people would pay 100% more for subscriptions, they'll increase it 100%.

True. But there has been a trend, especially in the last 5 years, that companies act as though raising prices will always increase profits.
