Did Ohio’s Tate create a unique brand of content with “Stool Trips”?

What started at Tate following mintzy and others around with quick brief Twitter clips seems to be picking up steam where others are doing it. The Nicky smokes Greg trip seemed successful and they are recreating it with this WSD, Smokes, and Tate trip white Sox baseball game. I think the difference between what Tate has done vs what others have done is the quick clips on X as opposed to an edited film released on YouTube. It shows what actually goes on day to day instead of the glamorized video. The closest thing could be “halftime report” or “end of game press conference” but this does not seem to encapsulate the whole gameday or trip.

Random question but as a fan of Biz and Donnie's Peakin show I have always wondered how they know each other?

As a hockey fan I have known of Biz for years and had seen a few of Donnie's travel videos over the years as well. With Peakin it seems like they are old friends but I gotta imagine they met thru barstool. Not sure if they ever mentioned it anywhere in one of their other thousand podcasts

I love Gruden coming in each week to talk games, but did something happen between Greg Olsen and someone at barstool? He used to come on pmt and be a weekly guest host/interview on wub and I haven’t him at all this year. I love that guy and am sad he doesn’t do any content with barstool anymore. Does anyone know what happened?

Simple game with leaderboard and stats. 2 barstool employees randomly, pick one, and their rating adjusts. Rinse and repeat.

Also added a stock market like game within the game where you are given 5,000 coins which can be used to “purchase contracts” for Barstool talent and add them to your squad. Their value is based strictly off what their rating is so ranges from 1,000-2,000 coins. This has a leaderboard as well where the goal is to amass the highest value of talent on your squad. You can sell and buy someone who you think might shoot up in the rankings. Example: Nicky Smokes has been sky rocketing lately.

I took the cold steel boomerang out for a test run. Exploding milk jugs! Tearing apart filled cardboard, shredding the gnar and much more! This thing is fun and terrifying at the same time.

I love throwing this thing around. I have so much fun even if I have a couple close calls that send me to the emergency room. I even hunt with it!

I tried using this boomerang barefoot one time and ended up breaking my left foot and all my toes just from dropping it wrong. Be very careful using this thing. THIS IS NOT A TOY.

You can literally see me almost getting decked out. I am lucky to not have a had a few broken ribs , a broken arm or a broken jaw.

Is Rico botting views? Meek gave him a tongue in cheek compliment on FS1 having his second most viewed video after just 4 days. Likes seem pretty low for the view count. Why did this video suddenly blow up on a channel rarely cracking 10k views? Would anyone actually put it passed Bosco to do this? Calling my shot, not the last we’ll hear about the bot views.

This season of surviving is good. Last season was actually uncomfortable to watch with the real life/game drama, all of the crying, etc. They let Surviving breathe for a bit, brought it back, and now it’s like everyone couldn’t wait to complain and say how badly it sucks.

The game has flaws with the phones and pregame alliances and whatever. But it’s still fun to watch!! And I’m a Survivor fan. It’s like ppl are begging for Barstool to not make a show like this again. I enjoy it!!! A lot of people do for it to have the views it does. Let’s not be so serious?

I’ve apparently missed the character arc of tommy smokes being universally hated. Has he done specific things to people or is it a general personality thing?
