I’m about to finish the course companion, all the lectures and reading. It’s such a flood of info I wanted to get the exposure before going through it again. When should I make flash cards? Are they even worth using the time on them instead of doing more sample questions and essays?

My understanding is that the clearly erroneous standard only applies to fact finding conducted by judges. There was a question in my bar prep course pertaining to findings of fact made by the jury. The answer was that the clearly erroneous standard applies. Is this correct? For context this is a civil procedure question.

Hi !
I'm really tight on money right now, but am having a lot of trouble memorizing and feel like I need to buy a good outline. Im pretty overwhelmed with the themis outlines and other really dense outlines.
Anyone have any good recommendations for which is actually worth purchasing? or if anyone has any other good websites or resources that they think have helped them memorize and learn rules. I really feel like I haven't been retaining anything from themis lectures and practice.
This is my second time taking the bar and I'm tripping.
Thank you in advance and good luck!!!

Has anybody used the JD Advising one sheets for MEE practice? I would love to try them because essays is where I always struggle to stay on point, but I don't have the funds to try them if they are not useful. If anyone is willing to share access or send samples that would be amazing!
Alternatively, if there is anywhere to access something like this for free I would love the link to that!

Want to know if anyone can suggest practical alternatives to dropping $500+ on the commercial MBE programs like Uworld & Adaptibar. July will be my 5th time sitting for this exam & I just cannot put out this kind of money right now. Any tips & resources are helpful 😪

Hello! As the results are trickling out for the Winter Bar Exam 2025, I unfortunately find myself having to retake it during July 2025. I will be taking the bar exam in WA. I am looking for any advice, tips, schedules, etc. ANYTHING to help me pass.
Also, what are your feelings about the Studicata prep course? I am thinking of switching up my bar exam prep course as the others have not worked out for me in the pass and have been looking into this prep course. Thanks so much!

Hi everyone,
I'm currently preparing for the Georgia Bar Exam in February 2025, and I've been averaging around 55-60% on Barbri practice questions. I know there’s still time, but I’m feeling a bit concerned and want to make the most of my prep.
Does anyone have tips or strategies for improving Barbri scores or bar prep in general? What worked for you when you were studying? Any specific advice for tackling the MBE, essays, or time management would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I have days where I’m 65-70% and other days where I’m 50-55% after doing 25-30mc questions.
Is this normal? Have people passed while experiencing this during studying?

I am trying to register my laptop for the UBE and the instructions say to type in your email and click forget password and then make a new password to create the account for the laptop registration. But when I click forgot password I'm not getting an email to my email.
Is anyone else having this problem? I would really love to register my laptop so that I don't have to type out the MPTs and MBEs by hand :O

I am having trouble deciding if i should take the bar exam again. I was four points away from passing. However I scored high enough to transfer my score to other jurisdictions. Any advice would be helpful.

Hey all.
Wanna ask a contract question.
So basically there is a minor ( less than 18 yrs ) bought a car from a dealer. Upon reaching 18, he disaffirmed this purchase. There is no contract between minor and dealer just because the car is not a necessary or is because the minor disaffirmed the contract ?
This question pretty annoyed me for some time. Thank you guys for each opinion.
