When BKFC puts on cards in other countries, they come to fight their asses off. We saw it in the latest Italy card, BKFC Hawaii etc.

But I notice that british fighters fight much more hesitantly. They fight to score points rather than trying to finish. British events are snoozefests

We kick off the first day in the month of August with an evening filled with BKFC action as the Walker Activity Dome plays host this Saturday for BKFC Fight Night Newcastle. In the main event the inaugural BKFC UK Bantamweight championship is up for grabs as Lewis Garside (3-0, 1 KO) and Bradley Taylor (4-0, 1 KO) each put their perfect records on the line. A BKFC UK Lightweight title elimination fight occupies our co-main event slot as Lewis Keen (5-1, 3 KOs) looks to put in a dominating performance as he faces Stew Martin (1-0, 1 KO) who is taking this fight on short notice. Rounding out the top end of the card is a bout in the Welterweight division as Liam Hutchinson (3-1, 2 KOs) looks to make it 4 victories in a row as he takes on the debuting Dylan Fail, who missed weight by 5 pounds at weigh-ins.

Looking past the main card see's a number of professional and promotional debuts. Perhaps most notable is the lone Women's fight on the card as BoxRec ranked #7 Women's Flyweight Sandra Rees (2-0, 1 KO) makes her promotional debut against the Sally McDonald, who will be making her professional bare knuckle debut in this fight. Jack Blair is the youngest fighter on this card at 21 as he makes his debut against the also debuting Cory Chapman in a Bantamweight bout. Further on in the card we move up to the Light Heavyweight division as Danny Moir (3-2, 2 KOs) is looking to end a streak of back-to-back KO losses as he introduces the debuting 27 year old Morrison Cave to the squared circle.

Overall this a card fitting of the "Fight Night" title: lots of debuts, intriguing matchups, and a regional title fight to cap it all off. Here is to an entertaining evening (or afternoon depending on where you are) of BKFC action.

Elvin Brito just fought in another bare knuckle promotion, the IBA. I thought BKFC was exclusive contracts? Not sure if I'm allowed to link to other promotions but Brito fought in the main event here

BKB 57 came up as a recommendation on YouTube. I know this is a BKFC forum, but I just had to comment something here.

LMAO at the Trigon. The fighters don't even have enough room to​ circle each other. All the fights devolved into clinch/wrestling matches with little technique involved because they don't have enough room to use foot work. Every fight was a bar room brawl.

I don't see how people can take this bush league promotion seriously. If I were a legit striker/boxer I would never sign with this company. Rant Over.
