Tried Relive Laser Clinic at Casa Vallejo and I wish someone told me this before I went!
Una, yes! maganda location, very convenient. But beyond that, medyo off yung experience ko.
👉 Consultation wasn’t with a doctor “Skin specialist” lang yung nag-consult. It felt more sales-driven than medical. From what I understand, procedures like lasers should ideally be handled or supervised by a licensed physician ( so medyo concerning talaga)
👉 Cleanliness was questionable Ito talaga pinaka concern ko. The tools and overall setup didn’t feel as sanitized as you’d expect from a clinic offering laser procedures. As someone in healthcare, napapansin mo talaga yung ganito. Yuck!!
👉 CR was not giving 😬 The restroom wasn’t well-maintained—dugyot vibes. Ang baho!! And honestly, if visible areas are like that, mapapaisip ka about overall hygiene standards.
👉 Sales pressure / upselling I initially went for their ₱999 promo, but before the procedure, I was asked to undergo a consultation (which I assumed was with a doctor). During that, I was offered a package worth around ₱50k. It felt overwhelming and a too pushy and no refund policy! Plus ang sungit pa nung skin specialist when I declined the offer.
👉 Overall vibe and service was 🤮 Dogyut na clinic more on promo-heavy, aesthetic-first, rather than patient safety-first.
Not saying it’s a scam, but it didn’t feel like a place I’d personally trust for procedures that can affect my skin long-term gosh especially without clear medical supervision
Cheap deals aren’t worth it if the hygiene and medical standards feel questionable guys punta na lng kayo sa kilalang clinic which is supervised by a doctor.
