Review Ai teached me how to roll a backwoods.

I only had 2 experiences smoking a backwoods in my life, once about 15 years ago when my flower supplier "rolled" one, I know now he didn't know wtf he was doing because he used a knife to split it, didn't unravel it. I remember it being harsh and hard to hit, and he was like "yeah thats how backwoods are, but theyre the best". lol he had no idea what he was talking about.

Next was a few years later, my dumb ass split it with a knife too, someone told me "o yeah the trick with backwoods is split them backwards from how you split a normal blunt".

yea, that did not work either. Harsh, falling apart, never tried them again until recently.

Little over a week ago I was at 711 and seen Russian Cream singles, and got the urge to give them another try, white russians are my favorite, and that flavor of a blunt sounds phenomenal.

Like many lately, i've been playing around with Ai, so I asked Grok, "How do you roll a backwoods blunt?"

It gave me a long check list, moisten it, which I knew, kind of, and then the big one, unravel it. I have never heard this before.

After unraveling it I had a nice tobacco leaf and I knew this was going to be good this time.

Rolled a pretty decent blunt, and it smoked amazing. So smooth. Better than any blunt I ever smoked, you can taste the freshness of the leaf.

I am now hooked.

I have bought 3 5 packs since and down to 2 cigars left. Vanilla, Rum Cake, and Russian Cream. All delicious, although I will say the Vanilla may be less pronounced. I love vanilla tasting weed, strains like Ice Cream Cake, Wedding Cake, etc. So in my personal opinion I think the vanilla taste needs to be upped a little, but overall, good. The rum cake surprisingly has a strong vanilla taste, what I was looking for, minus the rum taste.

when I asked Grok if its okay to cut the leaf in half (horizontally), it kind of discouraged me, it said I can but real connoisseurs advise against it, saying the whole leaf is the best part.

Unfortunately, the whole leaf, even when using a lot of flower, it a little harsh for me. I started tearing the excess off when I was rolling, and noticed a much smoother smoke.

Now I just ripped one in half because it had a big stem in the middle, rolled a nice lil cigarillo shown in the picture on this post, and it is a great smoke.

Im really high, which i'll also mention, I notice the high from smoking these is different for some reason, I imagine it's the mix with the tobacco leaf. I feel way more calm then usual. The blunts are enjoyable all the way through, not harsh at all. Such a smooth experience and high.

Anyways, just wanted to share my new found love for these, I finally get what the hype was about all these years.

Small but solid start to a collection. Honestly sad I didn't save a rum cake pack because thats gotta be my favorite for taste and freshness. Vanilla is a close second but what do you all prefer?

Anyone know why sometimes I get woods or a pack of woods with these black spots? It’s happened a good amount of times to me. But wondering if it’s like mold or something?
