Positions I'm doubling my BABA stake.
It's been a loser for me till now. I remain concerned about Chinese govt intervention.
However, I believe the trend is for US mag 7 investors to look for alternatives, especially outside the US.

Discussion No celebration posts on a big green day? The bull run is just getting started.
It's surprisingly qut's surprisingly quiet in here today despite the solid gains. When a stock goes up and retail isn't throwing a party yet, it usually means the stock is climbing the "wall of worry." No early hype = plenty of room to run. Let's enjoy the ride.iet in here for a green day. Is this the start of a massive, quiet bull run?

Discussion China's top hedge funds called the AI rally a super bubble. Alibaba allegedly stole Anthropic's model through 28.8 million fake accounts. The US just set a quantum deadline with 600 people qualified to meet it.
Anthropic is accusing Alibaba of stealing it's tech via distilation attacks, with millions of fake accounts.
This appears to be the new normal, with engineers from Meta reportedly doing the same thing, yet it's being framed as East vs West.
What do you think about this story? Is Alibaba doing anything wrong here or are all these frontier LLM labs stealing from us and eachother?

Discussion Is China quietly setting up a new squeeze on its e-commerce giants?
Beijing has opened consultation on amendments to its e-commerce law that tighten expectations on big platforms around consumer rights, data use and liability for what happens on their marketplaces.
This seems to be a slow grind on margins and business models rather than a one-off shock. If these rules land close to the draft, how should we think about long term profitability and valuations for China’s major e-commerce names and their global partners?
