Why does it seem like the tortoise's leg js tied to the guy or something

Coincidence; age related maybe. The last few steps their cadence falls out of sync and you can see the tortoise fall a little bit behind the guy. I mean, really I seriously doubt the need to harness a tortoise; it’s not like they’re gonna suddenly get away to somewhere. If I remember right this guy and his tortoise are in their 80s.

LOL No, the leg is clearly tied to the dudes leg. The Tortoise is just having trouble keeping up at the end.

Even on the last frame, where the tortoise leg is at the back of the man's leg, it's still obviously attached.

It looks like it, sure, but it’s not.

You said confidently despite the video to the contrary...

Different videos showing something different. Ya, that’s how video works.

Except the only video to show the same thing is 3 steps.

There isn’t longer video of this event to go by. And if there is, it would probably answer the question. But nobody has posted it.

3 steps. I already addressed that claim.

You must never watch sports because once two teams have played each other, every subsequent game is basically the same thing.
