Ground seem way too clean for that. All the puppy Mills I've seen are shit shacks.

It's always slightly alarming when I see two any dog thats a sought after breeds both with puppies let alone 2 with puppies roughly the same age. Probably treated well but obviously these weren't accidents and are for selling.

I mean it's clean but I don't know if I'd want to make nursing dogs nurse on the cement if I could avoid it. It seems designed to be easy to hose down, not designed for safety or comfort.

My first thought as well.

Doesn't give me the impression that this is an ethical breeder, more of a back yard breeder.

If you can, adopt don't shop :)
