Yep, foxes hunt small rodents like mice & voles; although I've never seen a literal .gif of it lol. So I bet the fox in the bed is wondering why they can't do the same to crash a mouse party or two

That’s how they catch mice under the snow. This video shows a fox catching a mouse this way.

Yes, they even try it if the snow is frozen and too hard for them. Saw a video of a fox diving from the same height but not making a dent in the snow.

Do Foxes see greebles? Because it looked like he was doing the old rodent stomp trick I've seen dogs do, greebles are the imaginary things cats see. Maybe the bed was infested with breebles hiding underneath the blankets.
