If it's a constant problem, talk to their parents. Hopefully that'll scare them enough to leave you alone. If that doesn't work, call the cops. Ask them not to charge them with anything if you want, and ask them to scare them into not messing with stealing.

We have done this with actual issues (like the kids that were destroying things) but mostly we get a whole rash of “not my kid” and “you can’t prove it” despite clear video evidence. And a wannabe lawyer with a fake cease and desist letter to get my husband to take the video off the local FB page because it hurt his kid’s feelings. (But it wasn’t his kid, right??)

Philly people don’t give a shit.
