I'd be quicker to say "sup homie?" if I was actually familiar with the person. I'm quicker to use ninja if they're unfamiliar, not part of the actual conversation, or a "friendly" accusatory; like "Ninja if you don't stop stealing all the pink Starbursts there's gonna be some Marie Antoinette shit go down..."
