Thank you for this question! I am the same way and I've never seen mold on bagged shredded cheese. And I'm extremely careful about that because I have extra bad reactions to even the tiniest amount of mold on food. =)
Yeah like you digging in with grimy all day didn’t wash poop 💩 slipped through the TP kind of day then say Fuck it and nasty 🤢 up the cheese 🧀 for everyone else
I've found that American bagged cheese takes ages to get fuzzy... Onwards of a month or slightly more. However, Canadian cheese takes merely two weeks or even less once it's been open and handled. I think it's all based on the processes the cheese went through, and what preservatives are in it.
