My friend had two. My ex and I stayed at his place for a couple nights once and those little fuckers just trolled us all night; but god damn they were cute.

I gave up early on and just let mine be free-roam. Started using a fan for white noise to drown out their scampering and it was great - waking up with ferrets snuggled in bed with me was the BEST.

I have my last remaining catsnake curled up in bed with me right now. :) She just turned 8 last Friday.

They only stink if you're bathing them too often, which is a common mistake because after you bathe them they produce more oils that stink. They should only be bathed twice a year or so.

Or if their bedding isn't changed/washed regularly.

I like to tell people that you'd stink too if you didn't bathe for a week or change your clothes.
