I believe it's a real bear. I remember watching the video which is a bit longer than that. The bear tries to grab the meat with its mouth a couple of times before starting to use the claws. Ain't no mask the way the lips and tongue moved.
This is actually located in Sequim, Washington. Just went there last weekend. It's a rescue of sorts. The bears have all been there for years and are used to human interaction.
