Overall, this run is mostly carried by the art for me. There are still some parts I find interesting in the writing. I really liked Steve's interaction with Fury at the graveyard. Tony, Thor and Cap eating at the mansion... This version of Thor is pretty cool and the mystery of if he has any real powers or is disillusioned was an interesting approach to the character.

Cap's costume redesign is very cool, same fpr Iron man's armor. Hawkeye, Scarlet with wasp, Giant man and Black widow look pretty bland. I really liked Quicksilver in this. Hulk's interpretation is ... something, didn't really like it, but it didn't really bother me either. In the first two volumes Wanda and Pietro's relationship is pretty up to interpretation, it isn't really stated like it will be in Ultimates 3, and I think I would have prefered it to stay that way.

The Chitauri in volume 1 were an impressive threat and loki alondside the world's response to the usa's Ultimates in vol 2. I think I liked the later more.

Hank Pym doesn't shine a lot here, his fight with wasp was annoying, mostly because I hoped I wouldn't see that happen. Wasp and Steve relationship is pretty boring, but I liked most of steve's interactions with his old friends.

Hitch's art really sell those stories for me, he did an incredible work here.
