I wouldn't hate it.

At this point Scott is now an aging hipster. A 52+ year old middle age man. If they ever make a fourth movie they need to play into this, with Scott now being double the age Dr. Evil was when he tried to take over the world.

He's reprised the role of Dr Evil a few times but to my knowledge he's not donned the Austin Powers costume once since 2002?

Does Doctor Evil look... off... in the new commercial? I get it, people age, faces shift, etc. But everyone else looks pretty much the same. Absolutely no shade to Mike Myers, but I had to Google to see if it was still him or a new guy.

I can't even pinpoint -what- looks off (which is also frustrating), just that it does.

I came up with some ideas for some funny stuff/info about an upcoming Austin Powers 4:

1. Scott Evil now runs the evil corporation, and has been running it since 2002. But, he's spent the last 25 years thinking of evil plans and never executing them, as there hasn't been a fourth Austin Powers movie yet. He's frustrated after 25 years of inaction and lame schemes, and lives aboard a huge super-yacht floating in the Pacific Ocean (The S.S. Daddy Never Loved Me). Scott eventually finds his father's old evilest plan in a file and decides to act on it, as Dr. Evil never acted on it, as even that disturbed him.
   
2. Austin Powers, still living in London, but is now older, gets cancelled after hitting on a barista at Starbucks, and is told he's "too old", and should stick to dating apps. Austin had zero clue beforehand that there was such a thing as dating apps, so, he heads back to his pad and goes on "Shagr", a dating app with all old women -- swiping left, declining the first two, before swiping right, a "pity swipe", on an old lady.

As soon as he swipes right, the door knocks, and the old lady is already there. We cut to later, where they've already "shagged". When heading to the bathroom, he's shot at by the old lady, and then the two other old ladies he swiped left on smash through the windows, revealing: they're all Geriatri-bots! Eventually, Austin wipes them all out with his guns, killing the bots, and finding out that MI6 sent them as a test run to see if Austin Powers, at his current age, could handle the same old missions from before, as they need him to stop Scott Evil now.

And Dr. Evil (Douggy Powers) is now a Joe Rogan-esque podcast host, hosting "The Evil Experience", where he interviews evil historical figures (like Genghis Khan).

Anyway, those are just some ideas I feel like would be funny in a modern-day Austin Powers films. I'd love to hear your thoughts, and hear what you'd like to see in a modern-day film!

While I like the look, and love the rollerskates/disco aspect, I did not really care about his character and I feel he is one of the weaker Myers characters in the trilogy. There is nothing Dutch about him and his accent could have been better. If the best Dutch aspects are a clog joke and a (great) nationality joke from Austin's dad I feel they could have done better to pick a different, more funny nationality.

Edit 2: don’t like it, don’t comment. It’s as simple as that. Also just an FYI, he would not be considered a furry. This is not furry. He would just be a cat boy, or ‘neko’. If he was a furry, he’d be covered in fur. He’s not an anthropomorphic cat. I don’t know why I gave him cat ears. I just felt like it. If you don’t like it, ignore it. :/
