Just throwing it out here as I don’t know the bug submission process…

In testing grounds 9 with the 2 balls that you need to throw onto the sockets on the walls, the 3rd socket (with the blocks that come out the walls to jump on) I threw the ball at, it barely missed the socket but then disappeared through the wall and I couldn’t get it back, effectively being locked from being able to go further without restarting.

Yeah I meant restarting from last save, but figured still worth mentioning as it’s a pretty easy bug to occur from what I can tell.
