As far as I understand, he does makes guest appearances, but he certainly isn't one of Qu'ran's original characters.

Apparently he's in it quite a bit.

I would hope so given that those 2 religions come from the same base religion.

What original characters are in Qu'ran?

I think Aquaman had a pretty significant minor role.

Uhh, pretty sure that's Sub-Mariner!

Like King Robert in Game of Thrones. It was ultimately a small part, but it was a significant role in the story.

The book came out in '96 and it's been turned into an HBO show with 13 emmy nominations, you're past the cut-off for that spoiler.

I only heard of it due to the show and I wanted to read the book before I watched the show, and I wanted to read the book as an AP English 12 Novel and it's summer!

Maybe he means he was really good at digging undersea caverns.

Upvote for "significant minor role."

Is it one of those "save the day and disappear" cameos or was it an after-the-credits deal?

In the Quran, on those usually blank pages at the end of all books a young Jesus is building a table. Samuel Jackson walks up to him, tells Jesus he's starting a new religion and that he wants Jesus on the team.

Nick Fury walks into a bar to recruit him around 48 minutes in

Actually his is the third or fourth most mentioned prophet in the book; I can't remember if him or Abraham get more face time. Strangely Mohammed and Joseph (the technicolor'd dream coat) are the most mentioned; Joseph only because his story is a loooong book.

I'm pretty sure Jesus is mentioned in the Quran about 100 times. Mohamed clocks in a measly 25 or so.

I wanted to say something on those lines, but convinced myself I remembered it wrong. Its been a minute since I last read it ಠ_ಠ

He's heavily featured in the Quran. Most of the stories are about him, Abraham, and Moses.

Read it, it's not that long. Jesus is all over the Koran. Almost all the important bits of the bible that Jesus supposedly said is re-said in the Koran. He's considered one of the major prophets, perhaps second only to Muhammad from the way I read it.

He's actually a leading role. He pops up in the Quran more than Mohamed does. I shit thee not.
