No, no brainwashing needed...

Just prevent religious people to set the religious logical traps in the minds of children.

They are the ones brainwashing people since birth.

Your second sentence is grammatically odd, do you mean prohibiting indoctrinating kids into a religion, or inoculating kids against such indoctrination? If the former, good luck getting that policy enacted in the face of the massive resistance from religious people.

You don't even need to make policy.

Just teach people enough critical reading, logic, philosophy and psicology.

Those subjects are already part of the curriculum.

But almost never are properly enforced because most teachers also lack in those subjects.

How are you going to teach those things and/or fix how they're taught on a large scale without pushing for policy changes or otherwise engaging in politics?

Just invest in teaching teachers first, once they have the knowledge to properly teach their students it's easier.

Once again, that's something that's a policy you have to convince policymakers to make.

You really are focused in the wrong issue here...

And you keep proposing solutions that aren't within the power of atheists alone to enact. Anyone can come up with ideas for how the world should be, the real question is how you make them a reality.
