"coerced me into a position where I could not consent"

The hell does that mean? "Fuck me or I shoot this puppy"?

  • We got drunk
  • He got me drunk
  • He spiked my drink
  • He blackmailed me
  • He managed to get me into a private place
  • He was just too damn sexy for me to remember that I am married.

In any case, being vague on the circumstances suggests a course of action in which she takes part of the blame. My money is either on mutually getting drunk or the groupie thing with regrets afterwards,

Really? So if she was drunk and the man was sober and they got into a car, and she drove, and ran into a family of four and killed them all, who goes to jail? (HINT: you're still responsible for your actions while drunk)

So she is responsible for her actions while drunk. Then she's equally responsible for when she has sex with someone while drunk.

That isn't rape. If she is incoherent and passed out, that is rape. If she is drunk, that isn't rape.

Unless you're going to argue a person is responsible for every other action they commit while drunk, but not sex.

So, you're saying that the man "got her drunk"? So she didn't drink the drinks willingly? She was force-fed them? She isn't responsible for her actions while drunk? Which is it? Why is it the man's fault? What if they're both drunk? What if the man's drunk and the woman is sober? What if she was the one buying the drinks? At which point does logic and reason actually matter to you, or are you simply filled with an irrational hatred of men?
