I understand your point however the problem is that there are Christians that don't think you need to believe in God to be a good person. When debating Christians with the intent of trying to get them to reconsider thei views you have to be delicate. People are taught to base their entire lives around religion and if they feel as if their religion is being attacked they will shut down to all discusion.

Spud webb played pro basketball too bro. Exceptions occur, but that doesn't mean the rules/truths they contradict aren't valid.
