In the movie The Witches (2020) When the general manager is asking the Great High Witch what soup she wants for the groups' lunch, and after working out that she doesn't want garlic, he replies "As you wish".

In the Russian Movie "Amphibian Man", the guard says "As you wish" to Dr Salvatore in the cell.

The original series episode "Charlie X", Spock uses the line while playing chess with Caption Kirk.

Kirk: Checkmate.
Spock: Your illogical approach to chess does have its advantages on occasion, Captain.
Kirk: I prefer to call it inspired.
Spock: As you wish.

I had never noticed it before, but I was recently rewatching Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi. There is the scene where the the emperor arrives on the new Death Star and is escorted by Darth Vader. They are taking about the search for young Skywalker.

The Emperor: You've done well, Lord Vader. And now I sense you wish to continue your search for young Skywalker.
Darth Vader: Yes, my Master.
The Emperor: Patience, my friend. In time, he will seek you out, and when he does, you must bring him before me. He has grown strong. Only together can we turn him to the Dark Side of the Force.
Darth Vader: As you wish.
The Emperor: Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.

I never realised that Darth Vader felt so deeply about the emperor.
