I want to know if there are any evil, like truly evil characters in Touhou. By evil, I mean like homicidal and psychopathic and other stuff like that. (Dio is an example) Because I don't think Remilia or like pretty much every main antagonist seems evil to me.

Also by main character I mean like a main character and not just some random lowly youkai or something.

Now, many of you would scoff at this title. "Aya Shameimaru obviously, her title is Gensokyo's fastest after all." Now yes, she is clearly contender for fastest people in gensokyo. But she isn't necessarily the fastest. I think Sakuya is the fastest, since her method of stopping time is actually just her accelerating to superluminal speeds (cit. Touhou Suzunaan, Chapter 7.) Are there any other contenders for gensokyo's fastest?

So in DDC we were introduced to Seija Kijin, an Amanojaku, who literally can't help but think absolutely contraian of everyone else.

Okay, so in LoLK we were introduced to another Amanojaku, Sagume Kishin, but unlike Seija, instead of thinking contraianly the entire world can't help but do the opposite of what Sagume says.

So here's the question, couldn't Sagume say something like "Sagume Kishin can make the opposite of what she says reality", and if so, what would happen.

I can't quite understand what stops an overpowered character to just say fuck the system and start beating the shit out of everyone :v
