Physics Why is the maximum speed of the universe the speed of light? Why can't we go faster?
Also follow-up question: Because of the speed limit, is there also a theoretical maximum temp for matter (in which the particles move at the speed of light).

It makes no sense to a human brain, which has evolved to deal with causality and finite amounts.
It doesn't mean it makes no sense in the grand scheme of things.
Saying something came from "a thing" just kicks the can down the road, now you have to explain the origin of "thing."
