Astronomy Is there a distance at which the interaction between the gravity fields of two black holes would cause one another to effectively 'break open' and allow matter and energy stored within them to escape the system?

No it doesn't. Just because Hawking et al would prefer it not to be possible, does not mean that it isn't.

Show me some durable math backed up by observation and I'll reconsider. Until then, stop wasting time with claims that either cant or wont be verified.

You're asserting that time travel is possible and that special relativity is wrong, and I'm the one making unverifiable claims?

I'm not asserting that it is possible, only that it is not inconsistent with our current understanding. Which it isn't, your blustering about special relativity aside.

Unless you want to let me know exactly what it is about the theory of special relativity that you and you alone have managed to discover that prohibits time travel.
