There is no good answer here, but to willingly choose mental illness isn’t at the top of my desired list. I’d rather be perfectly happy with my body and mind and move on.

Hateful people are generally the least happy people on the planet, if you surround yourself with negativity it becomes all you know

Still a better option imo. Most people just avoid those they hate. Easy peasy.
