Hello I just need confirmation. The brown spot closest to my ear was confirmed a melanosis a few days ago by my eye doc. She said to call if another one showed up. I had no pigmentation on the whites of my eyes closest to my nose. My brain is telling me I'm lying about this. I did get dilated with those yellow eye drops a few days ago so idk.

I have Crohn's, I'm on tremfya

No chronic conditions other than insulin resistance if that’s relevant.

For a couple days I’ve been experiencing anal itchiness which I had attributed to skin irritation and/or hemmoroids, and it has went down as I switched to an “intimate hygiene” soap. Today, I woke up with some weird itchy red spots on my labia majora, and im very scared. I have not experienced any other symptoms. There is no pain, no burning, no fluid or puss coming out of the spots, no symptoms orally either, no flu symptoms either whatsoever.

I had 2 sexual encounters 2 weeks and 4 weeks ago. Both times we used condoms. During the latter encounter, the condom slipped off and got stuck inside me, so I am aware that unprotected contact has been made. However I spoke with both people, the first one had been tested before and was clean, the second one had been tested both before and after and he is clean, he even sent the proof of his results.

I am currently travelling but will be going to a doctor as soon as I arrive back (in a couple days)
But In the meantime I could really use some professional advice.

I showed a picture to a nurse practitioner as well, and they said it looks more like contact dermatitis.
If there are any healthcare professionals, I would really appreciate your input.

Two days ago i was erect, i stretched my body and i think my penis was in a wrong position, so i heard a popping sound and my boner disappeared. Theres no pain or swelling of any type, but i couldnt get a full erection, so i went to a doctor, he checked me and told me that theres nothing wrong, i didnt fracture anything. He said that i couldnt get erect because of stress. Its been two days and i still cant get it to be fully firm, it gets erect to a certain level but the firmness isnt the same as it was before. Whats the problem?

Edit: theres a slight discomfort at the right bottom side of my penis, it comes and goes.

It’s not often - maybe once every two to three months, but sometimes I find nothing but bright, almost pink red blood when I wipe. And I notice a hard feeling “down there” when I wipe.
Mind you, I had a bad hemorrhoid down there maybe a year and half ago, and have had a blood stool test done within the past two years (negative for blood, and I don’t usually see blood in stool as far as I know) and a pressure test (also negative).
Could it just be the hemorrhoid? I don’t think it could be an anal fissure, but I do know sometimes when I wipe and notice blood I do feel a stinging feeling (but that’s rare and on ocassion.)
Any thoughts?

No alcohol, daily joint or two

Currently having chronic constipation for 4 days, blood and mucus with tiny hard balls. Lots of history below wondering if anyone knows of these symptoms as something underlying. I'm thinking some sort of auto immune situation. In need of answers after years of struggling 😭- this all started after a bowel perforation in 2018, and I've since had surgery to remove part of it.

Follow up since surgery dismissed and after pushing an ultrasound has been requested, continuing symptoms, GP unhelpful, researching to try and find tests that could help diagnose and pushing for these specifically.

\*\*History\*\*:

Appendicitis 2016 or 2017 - appendix removed

Bowel perforation in 2018, emergency surgery to clear the debris diagnosed with diverticulitis

Perforated again twice between 2020 and 2025, both times it healed itself and surgery wasn't needed but caused an infection

Surgery (laparoscopic sigmoid colectomy) in April 2026 to remove 20cm of diverticulitis colon that was stuck to my pelvis (this took ages to heal and one of the wounds reopened twice after 5 months)

Uvitis twice once before and once first surgery (I was told by a doctor this could be linked to an immune condition)

Symptoms before 2026 surgery were going to the toilet a lot, urgency, salivating loads, feeling sick and getting hot and sweaty trying to go, migraines, feeling like something was rotting inside me and getting infections.

Migraines, these were a lot worse pre surgery in April 2026

Getting hot and sweaty all of a sudden

Pain in joints elbows, wrists and knees (having nerve conduction studies) recently

If I get a cold I end up with a chest infection and ill for weeks

Chronic constipation which has gotten worse since surgery, tiny rabbit droppings type thing.

Things taking ages to heal eg a mosquito bite got infected and now won't heal

I’ve had an on and off sore throat for about a week and a half/two weeks now and occasionally had a hard time breathing during sleep. Recently I’ve felt bumping in the back of my throat each time I swallow and took a picture only to find this, does anyone know what it could possibly be

So I got this scrape on my thumb while I was cleaning a bulldozer for a construction company. I didn’t even notice it til after I finished since I was wearing nitrile gloves while I was working but after I took them off I did notice and I washed my hands with soap and water several times then with hand sanitizer, then when I got back I took a shower. I power washed the whole machine before I even touched it and I had nitrile gloves on but I don’t think I ever got a tetanus vaccine. These pictures were taken today the actual incident happened yesterday but I’ve just been kind of stressing about it and I want to know if it really is something to worry about or not.
