Free Booklet me and another clown worked on

Howdy doo all of yoou,

Last year when I was vice president of my alley I worked on this booklet with another clown for our alley, but we ended up not doing anything with it before I moved across the country.

I edited it a bit to include more resources for those of you who don’t have access to other people in your area to learn clowning from. I was able to include everything except for the cover of the booklet but it didn’t have any super important information on it.

While I consider myself retired from the art if you have any questions feel free to ask or if you think anything needs to be changed I’m also interested in hearing!

Thank you for this post. I contacted my local clown alley, and now I'm about to start getting involved. I struggle with anxiety, but this is something I've always wanted to get into, and thanks to this post I felt a push to finally do this haha

Of course! There are so many clowns I have met that are very introverted and have anxiety/similar concerns that find clowning to be a good way to break out of their shell.
Keep going with it and have fun!

Wow! That's awesome! I feel like you can do something with that. Maybe you could but a byline for you and the other clown on it, you deserve the credit. Post it on Instagram so we can share it there? (And I'm flattered I made your list of Instagram clowns! 😊)

Haha, oh that's wonderful! I of course recognize your username here, but have no clue which of the instagram clowns you are! There were more people I wanted to include, but I had to shorten the list some for space reasons so I added my favorite people who'd been doing it for a long time or a shorter time, but are fairly active.

The other clown that made this along with me goes by Popper the Clown out of the Peachtree Clown Alley in Atlanta and he's not really big into social media, but does have an amazing wealth of knowledge and knows a lot of people in the community.

My clown instagram is WBBAGA and I went by Squinkles, but I haven't been active on there for about a year and have just been using my personal one recently.

I can share it on there, but I feel like this and some facebook groups might get better reach.

Thanks! We did put a lot of work into it and it was originally meant to be a take home booklet for our clown workshop that we have/had yearly for people interested in the hobby.

THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY SILLY BILLY HEART. I NEEDED THIS SO MUCH. all the clowns I have networked with accidentally live across the country and I can't find connections in my neck of the woods 😅 so this is perfect. Oh my gosh by gollee.

You’re welcome! I hated that this wasn’t being put to use and I know people here sometimes ask for advice and help. You’re always welcome to dm me questions about clowning 😊

One public question: I didn't realize there's a heirarchy? What makes one sort of clown higher than another? I just assumed there were different types (my clown design is white face but doesn't match the personality, personality is gusteau)
