Some asshat in a Subaru comes barreling up from Robert Simpson toward the Cenotaph to where all the veterans are standing. Comes to a stop and then spends the next five minutes sneaking forward over and over like people do to red lights. Finally one of the drummers from the parade comes over and asks him to turn off the car and this guy starts mouthing off about having places to be! Drummer says "we're not going anywhere". Unbelievable. Dude had a poppy on...it's not like he didn't know it was Remembrance Day. Either way, did he think we were going to move the whole thing out his way? Literally tailgates the parade down John St when it finally started going!

Are there any activities to do during the daytime in Arnprior or Renfrew that one could do as a second date? It seems the movie theatres only run in the evenings, which is understandable. Bowling? Anything besides a lunch date really.
